New E-Learning Course on Resiliency and Self Care

Did you know that 40-85% of helping professionals who work closely with clients who are experiencing trauma have experienced compassion fatigue or high rates of traumatic stress symptoms? (Mathiew 2012)
This course, designed for psychosocial health professionals, focuses on the potential impact of this work on your health and well-being. Please see the poster below for more information.
