Workshop: Picking Up The Pieces: Moving Forward After Cancer Treatment

A workshop for women living with ovarian and other gynecological cancers.

Stepping back into everyday life after having faced a life-threatening illness is not as simple as it sounds. Now what? How do you pick up the pieces of your life and put them back together again? How do you discuss the variety of changes you are experiencing?

Based on the book, Picking up the Pieces: Moving Forward after Surviving Cancer, this workshop will help you:

  • Understand transitions
  • Acknowledge changes
  • Explore possibilities
  • Create your personal moving forward plan
  • Adjust to your new normal

The workshops will be in 4 different locations:
