Ovarian Cancer Canada research series

Research holds the key to ovarian cancer prevention, early detection, treatment and ultimately, a cure.

Ovarian cancer Canada has launched a series on advances in the field of ovarian cancer research. Watch for this special monthly Seeds of Hope Newswire.

Our thanks to Dr. Barbara Vanderhyden for providing these lay articles for our readers.

This series will describe various aspects of ovarian cancer research – an explanation of different types of research, recent discoveries, what’s in progress, and how it is all reported in the media. Let’s start the series with an exploration of the different types of research.
